CATHalf Training Run

Hello CATs!

We are just under 4 weeks from the inaugural CATHalf Trail Half Marathon taking place at the Miller School of Albemarle.  We are so excited about his event and this partnership with the Miller School, sure to be a classic fall trail race in central Virginia!

If you have been considering signing up, please register online ASAP so we can ensure you a Patagonia long sleeve finishers shirt of the correct size.  The online registration link is:

We are holding a training run on the course this coming Sunday, October 25th at 8:00am. There will be a group running the entire 13.1 mile course, however we are also offering a shorter distance training run, if desired, of around 6-10 miles depending on the needs of those who show up. This training run is open to everyone, even those not registered for the race, so consider coming out and joining us for a great morning on these beautiful trails.  Directions are below (or just google the Miller School on your phone).

We encourage you to come out this Sunday and hope to see many of you racing on November 14th!  Please feel free to email us with any questions or comments you may have.  Happy Trails!

I ordered a medium shirt(was a late register so I didn’t get a shirt at the race) and I’m afraid now it’s going to be too small. If they are gender specific shirts then I know I need a large women’s, but most race shirts are unisex. Hoping to save you(and me) the trouble of ordering the wrong shirt size before it’s too late!!
